Wine benefits from being stored at the correct temperature, nothing showed this more than over the last few days. After cooking the usual Xmas meals and eating and drinking too much at home, we decided on a lunch out.
We had a morning walk along the riverbank, with the dogs and decided to call in at Mung Mee in Lancaster for lunch.
Ordered at bottle of wine while we considered what to have off the lunch menu, something tasty, light and different ! The waiter came back with a warm Bottle of Chablis !!! oh dear, the wine fridge had broken down or had been switched off. luckily they had a back up and the wine was replaced, thank you.
Now that could have become a major problem, so when we decided to have lunch in Lancaster i am so pleased we picked Mung Mee Thai Restaurant- 6A Chapel Street Lancaster - LA1 1NZ
